I have been using the Curve Treadmill and am really liking the workout that I get from this machine. Lately I have been noticing a lot more people using this machine, which is making it harder to get time on it. I am wondering if Courts will be getting any more machines like this one.

We recently added a second Woodway Curve to the lower weightroom. We also have plans to add an additional Curve to the Cardio area in the near future.

My child enjoyed the Tot Basketball program and I’ll likely sign him up again. Are there plans to off the tot sports sampler class during morning hours in the future.

Tot Sports Sampler is now being offered at 9am. The class will rotate between Mon/Wed and Tues/Thurs every session, so that everyone has a chance to try both Tot Basketball and Tot Sports Sampler.

Would  it be possible to bring back Bodyflow at 4:30pm?

Bodyflow will return to the schedule at 4:30pm later this summer.

Love having 2 instructors in the busy Body pump classes.

Two instructors for Bodypump have been working well. We will continue with two instructors for any Bodypump class averaging over 20 participants for an extended period of time. This is a great way to check for correct form and movements.

Offer a Barre class in the evening, other than Tuesday. At one point there was a Wednesday evening class.

We will be offering an additional Barre Fitness/Barre Yoga class beginning this Fall at 6:30pm on Wednesday nights.

We showed up for class and it was another class and not body pump. The schedule was never changed.

Occasionally due to an emergency or a last minute instructor change, we may be forced to deviate from the originally scheduled type of class. Rather than cancel the class we will attempt to fill the spot with a different type of class. These changes will always be updated. www.courtsplus.org/group-exercise.

A step class longer than half hour because by the time the instructed actually gets started we only get about 15 minutes of real cardio work out.

We are considering adding an evening Step class beginning this summer.
