The MoveStrong Nova XL arch bridge is ideal for those seeking training for crossfit, boxing/kickboxing, MMA and OCR. Now you can work out like a ninja with equipment, accessories, and exercises that are scalable for all ages and ability levels.

The new functional training room will be included in your regular membership, but is also the perfect space to rent for your child’s next birthday party. Birthday Parties can be booked Friday night, or anytime during business hours on Saturday or Sunday.

The ages for the Functional Training Room is 13 and up for regular daily use.
The ages for the Functional Training Room Ninja Birthday packages is 6 and up.

Interested in Functional Fitness Training or want to learn more about how to workout using Functional Training Room, but not sure where to start? We are now offering free demos and workouts to help you get acclimated to our Functional Training Room.

FAMILY TIME:

Your family can challenge each other and have a blast in our Functional Training Room & our ninja obstacles. Participants will have time to explore & try the obstacles. Instructors will not lead the class, but will be available for assistance & to demo the obstacles. Family time is a great way to burn off energy and work on your ninja skills!

Thursdays 6pm-6:45pm
Saturdays 10:30am-11:15am

Cost: FREE for members and non-members with the purchase of a day pass.

  • Open to ages 6 years and older.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Reserve spots at the front desk or on Group Fitness Schedule.
  • Limited to 12 children per class.
