MXP is competitive training for the serious junior tennis player. Stroke production, singles and doubles strategy, footwork and mental toughness will be stressed.
For players age 8-10 who are ready for tournament play. Focus on stroke development as it pertains to point play and strategy. Players MUST be able to serve on the appropriate court and be able to rally. 10 yr old and younger players will use primarily orange and green balls. Lessons include 2 hours of practices per week. Ratio 6:1.
Practices will be twice a week, each student will be placed into two of these practice times:
October 14th – December 6th
Groups will be formed by the Supervisor of Junior Development, Nate Young, and group assignments will be released Thursday, October 10th. Groups will be divided by skill level.
