During the month of August, members and nonmembers have a chance to win one free personal training session with a trainer of their choice. Schedule a fitness orientation and be entered into the drawing! Fitness orientations cover postural assessment, body fat and measurements, nutrition information, and goals. At the end of August, ten names will be drawn to receive a free session. Personal training is a great way to keep your workouts safe, effective, and injury free. Courts Plus has hired two new trainers! Becky Nielson and Kyra Gardner have joined the team to help you kick start your fitness program.
