Jazzerobics

Jazzerobics is for all levels of experience to rekindle their inner dance spirit! 50‐60 min

Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness is a one hour full body workout that fuses the best elements of ballet, Pilates, sports conditioning, and stretching for a truly unique and fun experience. 50‐55min

RPM

RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music.  Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.  Like all the LES MILLS programs, a new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography. Great for all fitness levels!  45-55min

Belly Dancing

Bellydancing is a great class to get the understanding of belly dance technique, posturing, language, move execution, and working knowledge of this form of dance. 50min.

Cycle!

Cycle! This group cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. It involves various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout. 45‐60 min

Guts and Butts

Guts and Butts include exercises for abs and Gluteus Maximus. All exercises train these muscles and the muscles connecting. 50‐60 min

Interval Training

Interval training is a high intensity, calorie burning, fat busting, heart conditioning workout! Cardio Drills utilizes various equipment and body weight exercises. 50‐60 min

Pilates

Pilates will increase in flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well as a decrease in back pain or other general pains. 45‐60 min.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics is a form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). 30 min

Cardio Craze

Cardio Craze is a  a great calorie burning class that combines jacks, jumps, runs, jogs!  Low impact options are available.  This is a great class for all fitness levels.

Step 30-20-10

Step 30‐20‐10 is a great combination of 30 minutes of step, 20 minutes of strength training, and 10 minutes of stretching. Perfect for any fitness level!! 60min

Tai Chi

Tai Chi– also transliterated as taijiquan – has been described as a form of moderate slow‐motion exercise, a type of moving meditation, and a system of martial art. Health benefits include stress relief and improved balance. 60 min.

Tabata Toning

Tabata Toning: This action‐packed workout will consist of interval drills of 20 seconds anaerobic activity followed by 10‐second resting period. Half this class will involve strength conditioning.

TRX Suspension Trainer

The TRX® Suspension Trainer is the original, best‐in‐class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.

Yoga Barre

Yoga Barre targets the muscles in core, glutes, and thighs in a way few other workouts can achieve—incorporating plies and arabesque movements to sculpt and lengthen the muscles. With newfound strength/flexibility/balance, your entire yoga practice will improve. Great for all fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga

A calming, stress relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually.  Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body.  A great class for any fitness level.  45-55min

Yoga Strength/Sculpt

Yoga Strength/Sculpt is a great combination of strength exercises and yoga poses. A way to improve body’s posture, alignment, strength, and flexibility.

Core Strength

Core Strength is a great class that combines all basic exercises to target the stomach, hips, back, and stability muscles for a strong core.  This is a great class for all fitness levels.

Step Interval

Step Interval is a great class that brings back old step moves, hi low cardio moves, and strength exercises for a solid calorie burning workout!  This is a great class for all fitness levels!

My family has been a part of the Courts Plus community for 2 years and we LOVE it here! I have 2 young children at home and we have utilized their drop in daycare to attend classes and get workouts in! The daycare staff know my kids by name and I always feel that they are safe, having fun and are well taken care of. My kids actually look forward and request to go! The classes are taught by the friendliest, experienced teachers. I always feel comfortable walking into a class, even if it is one I've never been to. They make exercising fun with their positive attitudes! I can always find a class that works with my schedule because of the variety of classes that are offered. They are always upgrading and changing out the machines in the cardio room to keep them up to date with the latest technology. With my membership, I know that I have the daily option to take advantage of amazing classes for both myself and my children, get cardio in on the machines or the track, play basketball or racquetball, sit in the whirlpool or sauna, lift weights, stretch, or even just take a shower alone, while my kids are having fun at the daycare that is offered! And... My membership also includes a pass to the playground and Fargo pools which we take advantage of ever summer... We also take advantage of the Parents Night Out and other seasonal events. You just can't beat it! We LOVE Courts Plus!

I decided to include 1 session per week of Personal Training into my overall personal wellness plan. We have focussed on developing strength and as a result I have toned up, plus the physical improvements have enhanced my tennis game. Kelly has a positive, yet challenging attitude and he pushes me to do more.

I chose Personal Training because I was not working out very hard or frequently enough, and I know that this is not my expertise.
