Annual Memberships

INDIVIDUAL
Only one person on the membership.
DUAL
Two people residing at the same address.
FAMILY
Two adults and all directly related children under the age of 18. Children aged 18-23 who are living at home can be included if they are full-time students. Proof of enrollment must be shown when joining.
SENIOR
If you are 60+ years old you are eligible to receive the senior discount of 20% off of our regular prices. This discount also applies to Senior Dual memberships.

ALL GUESTS
- Must present a valid picture ID when purchasing a day pass and at each visit; we reserve the right to refuse service until your ID is presented to the front desk staff.
- Must sign a Release of Liability form before using our facility.
GUESTS - W/O MEMBER
- Must be from at least 50 Miles outside Fargo or Purchase a Punch Card.
- Must show valid picture ID.
- Must sign a Release of Liability form before using our facility.
- $20 Per Person or $150 Punch Card.
GUESTS - W/ MEMBER
- Must show a valid picture ID.
- Must sign a Release of Liability form before using our facility.
- Courts Plus members with a 12-month agreement receive 6 Day passes on their account per membership, per year to use for their guests.
- Short-term members get 3 guest passes.
- Members must be present to use their passes. Free passes are only given to members 18 years of age and older.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS
All members over the age of eight are issued a membership card. Membership cards are required for admission to the facility. If you do not have your membership card, another form of ID is required.

UNATTENDED CHILD POLICY
A child not picked up 20 minutes after Courts Plus Community Fitness has officially closed is considered an ‘unattended child’. Staff will remain on site until all patrons have departed the Courts Plus Community Fitness property. After waiting 20 minutes, the Fargo Police Department will be contacted to pick up the child and will escort them to the proper authorities.
JUNIOR POLICY
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
- Junior Memberships are available for people 9-12 years of age.
- Children (ages 8 & under) must join with a parent or guardian.
- The use of tanning beds is prohibited for ages 15 & under.
Ages 16 & 17 may use tanning beds with a parent’s signature. - The use of the whirlpool/sauna/steam room is available to 16 years of age and older.
- Group Exercise is available for 12 years of age and older.
- Track & Racquetball/Wallyball Courts are available to 11-year-olds and younger, if accompanied & supervised by an adult.
- Weight Rooms, Cardio Equipment, Functional Training Room, Track & Racquetball/Wallyball Courts are available for 15 years of age and older.
- 12-14 year-olds, if accompanied by an adult.
- 12-14 year-olds, if they have completed the Youth Orientation.

FITNESS REWARDS PROGRAM
Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND
Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota
The required visits for people covered by their employer is 12 per month. Check with your HR department on your health assessment and authorization forms. A health assessment is required to fill out online yearly at healthyblueND.com. Any questions about the type of plan you are in must be directed to your employer.
Fargo Public Schools
All employees and spouses who are covered under the District’s health insurance program are eligible. Required visits of 12 times per month per person.
Health Partners
The required visits are 12 per month.
Sanford Health
The program covers up to 2 people per household who are 18 years of age or older. 12 workouts per month; one workout per day. Up to $20 per month. You must go to Sanford Health Plan to first fill out your Health Risk Assessment (LifeScore) to be eligible for this wellness benefit.
South Country Health Alliance (SCHA)
Members must be 18 years of age or older. A required 8 visits per month to receive up to $20 credit (There is no limit per household, as long as each participant is enrolled with SCHA during the respective month and is eligible to receive the discount).
U-CARE Minnesota
The required visits are 12 per month.
Midco
Employee and spouse that are covered by Midco’s health insurance are eligible. Required visits of 8 times per month per person.
A rebate of $20 per month is available to Courts Plus Community Fitness Members if a visit requirement is met. You must be a minimum of 18 years old. Two people per family, depending on insurance qualifications, may receive the rebate.
All new enrollees must go to NIHCArewards.org to enter all their banking and contact information to get activated in the insurance reimbursement process.

HEALTH INSURANCE BASED PROGRAMS
Prime
Prime members receive a basic membership in the Healthways Prime Fitness Network, which includes use of basic amenities offered by Courts Plus; as well as, access to an interactive website for health risk assessments, personalized action plans, educational resources and rewards. The Prime Fitness Network program is offered by sponsoring organizations through a variety of private brand names. Please check with your healthcare provider for eligibility.
Silver & Fit
Silver & Fit members receive a basic membership, which includes use of basic amenities offered by Courts Plus. Silver & Fit is for active adults 65+. Please contact your healthcare provider to see if you are eligible for this program. Then, stop by our front desk to fill out a membership application and to receive your Courts Plus scan card for access to the facility. During your application process, please discuss with Pane if there is a $25 enrollment fee needed to apply.
Silver Sneakers
Silver Sneakers members receive a basic membership, which includes use of basic amenities offered by Courts Plus. Silver Sneakers is exclusively for Medicare eligible adults who are 65+. Please contact your healthcare provider to see if you are eligible for this program.
Renew Active
Renew Active members receive a basic membership, which includes use of basic amenities offered by Courts Plus. Renew Active is exclusively for Medicare eligible adults who are 65+. Please contact your healthcare provider to see if you are eligible for this program. Then, stop by our front desk to fill out a membership application and to receive your Courts Plus scan card for access to the facility.
One Pass
One Pass members receive a basic membership, which includes use of basic amenities offered by Courts Plus. One Pass is exclusively for Medicare eligible adults who are 65+. Active & Fit

Fitness Your Way
Fitness Your Way members receive a basic membership, which includes use of basic amenities offered by Courts Plus. There will be a fee paid to Fitness Your Way monthly.
