Cancellation forms must be submitted no later than the 15th of the month prior to the effective month. Members with an active 12-month contract that has not yet been fulfilled will need to contact Logan directly to discuss cancellation options.
Hold forms submissions must be submitted by the last day of the month prior to pausing membership.
